Credo che proverò il piatto con i pomodori secchi. Certo senza aggiungere l'acqua di cottura della pasta. Con sette filetti di acciuga e tutti quei capperi per i miei gusti è già troppo saporito. Non amo troppo sale nei piatti. Mi limiterò ad aggiungere acqua calda. Comunque l 'idea è buona.
Vabbè questo è il classico pesto siciliano che se uno non vuole farselo da solo viene venduto già pronto. Certo è meglio quello fai da te. Non capisco però la necessità di metterlo in padella. Se vuoi un piatto molto cremoso è molto meglio non aggiungere altro calore oltre quello della pasta. Il troppo calore fa rapprendere la salsa .
